Yes. For every delivery order, easyFood generates a unique 4-digit Secure Delivery Code that appears in your Manager app alongside the order details. When your driver reaches the customer’s address, they ask the customer to read out this code before handing over the food. If the codes don’t match, the driver waits or calls support, ensuring the order always goes to the correct person.
